Refund Policy

YABA Refund Policy

At YABA, we strive to provide you with an enriching and satisfying aerial yoga experience. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Here is our refund policy:

Course Cards:

• Course cards are neither refundable nor exchangeable, except in cases of force majeure (for example, permanent medical incapacity upon presentation of a medical certificate).

• In the event of force majeure, a partial refund may be considered, calculated in proportion to the unused courses, less administrative costs.

Workshops and Special Events:

• Cancellations of workshops or special events must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date for a full refund.

• Cancellations made between 7 and 48 hours prior to the event will be eligible for a 50% refund.

• No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event, except in cases of force majeure.

Unique Courses:

• Single courses cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

• Classes cancelled more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded.

Right of Withdrawal (Online Purchases):

• In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal, provided that no course has been used.

• The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request.

Refund Procedure:

• Any refund request must be submitted in writing to aerialyogaexperience@gmail.com, stating the reason for the request and providing the necessary supporting documentation.

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptional Cases:

• In exceptional circumstances, such as cancellation of a course or event by YABA, a full refund will be issued.
